No one dreams of being the helpless victim. I think we all dream of being the hero, of saving the day.
But most people are not strong enough.
It is not just a matter of how much weight you can bench press, but it is also a question of mental and emotional strength. We picture the hero who sacrifices everything to save someone else, but I want to help you become the hero who saves everyone including himself.
It does not take super powers or a personal fortune to be a hero.
It takes skill and dedication. And it takes guidance.
My name is Randall Cook, and I would like to be a mentor on your Hero’s Journey.
I grew up watching Star Wars, Batman, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, X-Men, and Robin Hood. I always dreamed of one day having the chance to be the hero. Then in my early thirties I had to face an ugly truth – I had ruined my health and I did not even have the strength to make it through the week without feeling sick. Years of neglect, sitting at a computer, eating my emotions, hiding from my emotions, and eating crap had ruined my health. So I went looking for someone to fix my problem – three doctors, one surgery, and three ER visits later, I still had the same problems, just a lot more debt.
I realized that it was up to me.
No one was going to come “fix me.” I researched and tested different supplements and diets. I started feeling so much better, I thought I was doing good. Then in November of 2017 I participated in a GoRuck Tough challenge, a 12-hour overnight endurance challenge. I completely crashed my system. In January of 2018 I found a holistic doctor who helped me understand what was going on, and through nutrition and supplementation I made rapid progress.
I needed an objective assessment of my health.
I was guessing, but I did not even see all of my symptoms. It took someone else to help me see the puzzle AND all the pieces. I needed a mentor.
I want to be your mentor.
I want to help you see the puzzle, to learn what all the pieces are. I want to teach you how it feels and what it looks like to put the pieces together the way they were intended to be.
I am more than a “life coach”
I am an Integrated Wellness Coach, which means that I focus on putting all the pieces together. I help you work on your physical, mental, and emotional health.
I am a CHEK Trained Professional: CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 and a CHEK Practitioner Level 1.
