An Holistic Approach to Living Your Best Life
What is Integrated Wellness?
Integrated wellness starts with the idea that true health is every aspect of your person working in harmony.
Instead of taking the traditional approach of treating symptoms, I work with you to address the true source of your lack of health. I recognize that for every symptom there are multiple potential causes, and that for every cause there are multiple potential symptoms.
Why Coaching?
I am a coach, not a trainer. This means that my only goal is to help you reach your goal – it is not about teaching you to achieve my goal.
I am a coach, not a doctor. I do not diagnose or treat your condition or disease. Instead, I focus on restoring overall health through identifying where your life is out of balance and therefore causing disease.
As a coach I provide knowledge and show you how to apply it to your individual life. Together we create a road map to integrate the different facets of your life to restore your health.
As a coach, I empower you to make the changes in YOUR life that will provide lasting health.

Where Coaching Happens
Online only
This is the only option currently available. Assessments are conducted through video and photos, and during online video calls.
This is a great option for those who are looking for lifestyle coaching, and less on structural/postural/exercise help.
In-Person only
In-person coaching is temporarily suspended during the Covid-19 response.
This is the most effective method, as it allows for full musculo-skeletal assessment and more targeted exercise programs and coaching.
Hybrid
For the remote client with the ability to travel to North Richland Hills once or twice, this is an ideal option. This will allow for full assessments and teaching the exercise program, but does not require weekly travel.
The Process
Step 1: The Consultation
Before we get started, we have to be sure that we make a good team. This includes being comfortable with each other, and making sure that I have the skill-set to help you achieve your goal.
I will not hesitate to refer you to someone more specialized or skilled than I am if I feel that it is in your best interest – I am a fellow-traveler on the journey of health not the man-on-the-mountain with all the answers, so there will be some things that require expanding the team, or changing the team. But I also have the knowledge and experience to point you to the best source of help in those cases.
Step 2: The Assessment
The fastest route to achieving your goals begins with honesty about where you are starting from. As a coach I have been trained in assessments that allow us to know which direction we need to head.
These assessments include examining your medical history, current eating behaviors, stress levels, sleeping habits, and also your posture and your mobility.
Step 3: The Program
Now that we have gotten clear on your goal and know where you are starting from, we create a map together of the steps to get there.
The best program is the one you consistently follow, so I have no interest in designing programs you will never follow. Every program is designed from the very beginning to fit into your life and your interests. This helps to create programs that you can do and that you want to follow. If you find the program too difficult, too easy, or just boring we can adjust it at any time during our time together.

Step 4: Coaching
Once we have a plan, we meet on a regular basis to go through the movements or to dig deeper into the reasons behind the changes we are making. As you go through life, things change, and the way you ate two years ago is not the way you need to eat today. Understanding the signs and the reasons behind the changes we make gives you the skill-set to take care of yourself for the rest of your life.
Step 5: Reassessment
On a regular basis we will assess your progress to determine how well we are moving towards your goal, and so that we can know when we have reached your goal.
What You Have to Bring
Responsibility for Yourself
I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to teach and show you how to take care of yourself. If you are not ready to take responsibility for the choices you make, I cannot help you. Taking responsibility means recognizing that while you may not control the situation, you can control the choices you make in any situation.
Willingness to Change
I will not try and force you to change anything that you do not want to change – I will treat you as an adult. But that means that you have to be willing to change things in your life, and changing the physical impacts the mental and emotional – it is all part of you.
Commitment
Finally, you must bring commitment to yourself. To help reinforce this, I offer weekly coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) as part of a coaching program with regular monthly payments.
