Stop Neglecting Your Health and Start Reclaiming Your Health

Life is meant to be lived,

not suffered through

Are you ready for a change?

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Or maybe you are tired of popping pills every day.

Maybe you are just tired of being sidelined by your lack of health.

Or maybe you are just ready to take your health and your life to the next level.

Then you’ve come to the right place.

I don’t practice alternative medicine, or holistic medicine, in fact I don’t “practice” medicine of any kind.

What I do is coach you, the person, on rebuilding your own health.

Said another way:

I don’t treat the disease that has the person. I help the person that has the disease.

Health and disease cannot inhabit the same body

And this is great news, because that means that working on building a foundation of health will automatically improve any health problems you have.

This includes relieving symptoms like:

  • Low energy
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Headaches
  • Neck pain
  • Back pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Knee pain
  • Foot pain
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea
  • Heartburn
  • Anxiety

Where do I start?

It starts with requesting a complementary 50-minute video chat or in-person meeting where we discuss your challenges and goals, and then we look at the different coaching options that I offer.

My Approach to Wellness

I think it is important that the coach and the client have a similar mindset when they start working together.

My goal is to teach you how to achieve your goal, it is up to you to do the hard work. If you are looking for me to take care of you, or make you better, then you should move on because it will be a waste of your time and money to hire me.

That said, here is my philosophy to Well-being:

Your body is constantly trying to heal. Many of the dysfunctions we experience as health problems are really attempts at your body to cope with the stress and toxins that are overloading it.

The typical model of healthcare separates out the mental, emotional, and physical as separate realms, but I understand that they are simply different aspects of you.
